Based on your chosen cooking schedule, your chef will cook for you on a regular basis, (once weekly, biweekly or monthly), and prepare a variety of items for your family to enjoy all week long — or longer if you opt for freezable items. Your nourishing menu will always be customized to suit your dietary needs and specific taste preferences.
Virtue Gourmet specializes in nutrient dense gluten-free, whole foods for energy and bodily repair. We can accommodate for any allergy, intolerance or special diet. We source high quality free-range animal products and organic produce, and buy locally when possible. Vegetarian and dairy free menus can be easily accommodated for. Our gluten-free baking is beyond compare.
Rates are $50/hr, starting at $350/day, plus the cost of food, mileage and GST. Serving Vancouver proper only.

Thai basil roast sweet potatoes
broccoli & cauliflower ready to steam/roast
large veggie tray & french onion cashew dip
two heads of kale washed and cut, large jar almonds soaked & low toasted,
(the almonds can also be for snacks)
2 L walnut milk
honey millet loaf
(gluten-free as always, great for toast and grilled cheese)
