Have healthy and delicious gourmet food at your fingertips, prepared with care in your home kitchen!

Each week your chef will prepare meals to be enjoyed by your family all week long, leaving your kitchen sparkling clean. Your nourishing menu will be customized by a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Natural Chef, so as to suit your dietary needs and specific taste preferences.

Virtue Gourmet specializes in nutrient dense gluten-free, whole foods for energy and bodily repair. We can accommodate for any allergy or intolerance, and have seen a lot of success amongst clients with gluten-free, grain-free, and GAPS diet meal plans. We source high quality free-range animal products and organic produce and buy locally when possible. For all of your gluten-free or grain-free baking needs we grind certain flours freshly, and use only wholesome binders like flaxseed and psyllium.

Personal Chef Rate $50.00/hr, plus the cost of food, mileage & GST.
Days range from 7-9 hours, including planning & shopping time.

You may choose from main courses, salads, soups, stews,
healthy baking, breakfasts, snacks and beverages. Based on your taste preferences, dietary needs and health goals, your chef will create a custom menu. See sample below.
